Proof of Travel Examples

Confirmed travel plans are required for expediting your passport within 14 days (or 30 days if a visa is needed).

Proof of confirmed travel plans can be plane ticket confirmation, business letter, or employment letter from the business HR Department.

  • Plane Ticket or Flight Confirmation

    You can submit a copy of your flight itinerary, plane ticket, plane e-ticket, or any other flight confirmation.

  • For Driving Plans (Mexico and Canada)

    You can write a brief statement to the U.S. Department of State Philadelphia Passport Office. Please use the format below:
